Hello,
Hope this message finds you well
I've two questions I'd like to ask:

1. Unfortunately I wasn't able to complete this wonderful and beneficial course in time. I know from the schedule given for the courses of 2024-25 that this course may not reopen very soon, however I'd like to know if there's an estimated date for when it will reopen.

2. Since I've already finished module one and 2/3rds of module two, will this progress be saved for me when it reopens?

Thank you in advance and have a delightful day/afternoon/evening/night ahead ^_^

Hi MKA2627

Thanks for your message.

We don't currently have a definite date for when the Teaching Grammar course will open again I'm afraid, and your course progress won't be saved unfortunately.

However, you can still download the participant workbook for this course, which has resources and links for you to continue your learning. Here's the link: https://www.teachingenglish.org.uk/sites/teacheng/files/2024-01/Workbook_for_how_to_teach_grammar.pdf

Remember you can also sign up for our TeachingEnglish newsletter to keep up to date on course dates, new resources and events.

Thanks,

Cath

Dear Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with accessing my training courses on your platform.
Upon logging into my account, I am unable to access the training courses that I have enrolled in. Despite logging in, the system does not grant me access to the courses, and I am unable to proceed with my training as a result.
I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by logging in and out, as well as using different devices and browsers, but the problem persists. I have also cleared my browser cache and cookies, yet the issue remains unresolved.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue on an urgent basis and provide me with a solution to regain access to my training courses.

Hi Win Ko Ko

Thanks for your comment. I've checked your account, and it looks like you have only completed the first module of the How to Teach Grammar course. If you think this is an error, can you contact the courses team directly? You can do this by using the orange "help" button on the courses page.

Dear Institution,

I have registered and followed through, I see that the start date of the course "I do not have access to the course "TeachingEnglish: How to teach grammar"; I also see that it says, "registration is until March 25", so Can I start the course right now or should I wait until March 25 to start the course?

Hi, are these training courses designed for teaching children, adults or both? The photos would suggest these modules are focused on working with young people. I'd be grateful if you could clarify.

Hi harrypickup

Thanks for your comment - most of our training courses are suitable for teachers teaching a range of ages and levels, unless specifically aimed at a life stage (for example primary learners) in which case this will be clear from the course title.

Hope that helps and that you enjoy the course,

Cath

Dear Team good day. I was not able to beat the set deadline for this course: my phone crashed. So, I stopped at Module 3 with a seventy percent (70%) completion. Now, that the course has ended but would possibly be reopened sometime in 2023, would I still be able to finish up from where I last stopped the course (70% completion?) instead of possibly starting afresh? I would not like all my past work to go in vain because I could not beat the deadline. Please, help!

Hello Master Tobi

Sorry to say that this course has now ended - it was available for four weeks from 30th August - we hope to offer it again in 2023.

thanks,

Hello!
I want to know how can I get notified when "Teaching pathways: How to teach grammar" will be open again. Can I receive news by email? Now we are at the end of March, so hopefully in April maybe the course will run again?

Thank you!

Teaching grammar can involve investigations, problem-solving and language play as part of developing children’s awareness of and interest in how language works.
