Importance of mentoring
Mentors raise your confidence and problem-solving abilities. Along with developing leadership skills, having a mentor to advise and guide you can increase your confidence and help develop problem-solving skills. Regarding confidence, research has tied having a mentor to an overall increase in emotional health.
ACTION RESEARCH
Thank you very much for sharing this book. I am also thinking of conducting a study on the same in my country. I have a feeling that the majority of teachers do not research their own classrooms. I want to empower them by conducting a study. I would also appreciate your advice on this matter.
