Following a mentorship program by British Council Thailand and King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) in exploratory action research (EAR), twelve teacher-researchers documented their research journeys in this exciting publication.
Professor Anne Burns, the editor of these twelve chapters, provides a valuable introduction to the world of exploratory action research. She also supported these teacher-researchers in detailing the procedures and processes undertaken in twelve schools across Thailand. Each chapter illustrates how teacher-research uncovers key challenges hindering learners' progress in English as a Subject in Basic Education (ESBE) classes, along with the corresponding solutions.
