About the panel
This is a panel event, with speakers from around the world, followed by questions from the audience.
Nidhi Saigal
Nidhi is a professor of disability and inclusive education at the University of Cambridge and is also the vice vresident of Hughes Hall College. Nidhi has worked extensively with children and young people with disabilities in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Her research examines the educational experiences of children with disabilities, the quality of teaching and learning in mainstream classrooms and the impact of schooling. Nidhi also works closely with international non-governmental organisations, assisting them in developing research projects, undertaking programme evaluations and providing evidence-based policy advice on a wide range of issues aimed at fulfilling commitments towards inclusive education.
