About the webinar
Whether you are a teacher, a teacher trainer or an ELT manager, this session is relevant to your work. Coaching and mentoring skills are techniques used to help people achieve their goals, whether those are language learning goals, or professional development objectives, or career ambitions.
This session provides a summary of both coaching and mentoring. We will cover some of the underlying principles and look at the skills and techniques you need to develop and how to get started. We consider how to be a successful coachee as well as effective coach, as it is essential to be a willing and reflective coachee before you can succeed in coaching and mentoring others! If you have an open mind, are a keen learner, and want to help others to become more confident and competent in achieving their goals, watch this introductory session!
