Watch a recording of this webinar with Anna Hasper looking at strategies to help students deal with stress during exams.

About the webinar

For many learners of English exams and exam preparation is stressful, but an inescapable part of life. Key to learners succeeding in exams is not only making them test-wise and teaching them the necessary language knowledge and skills but also developing a level of exam confidence and providing them with the tools to manage their stress and anxiety that exams often cause. In this practical session, Anna Hasper explores the key ingredients of effective exam preparation classes that help our learners achieve excellent exam results, but that also help them develop useful life skills to manage their stress and wellbeing in exam preparation courses. Viewers will come away with a framework of key ingredients for effective exam classes as well as with practical activities they can use with their leaner’s to better enable learners to manage wellbeing and stress levels.

Really, it's a big discussion, learners are very confused how to cope with it, the age factor is also a factor.
