About the webinar
Ceri Jones explores how a range of micro writing tasks can activate language, encourage communication and aid class cohesion. She looks in particular, but not exclusively, at mulit-level secondary classrooms and the challenges they bring.
About the presenter
Ceri Jones is a freelance teacher, trainer and materials writer. She has been working in ELT since 1986. She has worked in Italy, Hungary, Spain and the UK teaching, training and managing mainly in – and for – the private sector. She is particularly interested in student-centred materials and activities. In 1998 she received an MA in TEFL from Reading University and at the same time she started writing teaching materials. She has been involved in several coursebook series for Macmillan, Richmond and CUP as well as writing support materials for graded readers and authentic literary texts.
